All sorts of reasons for selling this time of year and mostly they are either tax related or often just brokerages leveling out client as well as fund portfolios.  I have one RED FLAG that nags me and could easily be the catalyst for this waterfall drop, which, if it levels off, will hit a significant double bottom with the last dip on the UP side. As far as selling not being over?????????????? The volume doesn't indicate SHORTS. A few may be present but unless they have some INSIDER information concerning negative factors in the Q4 report, it's getting time for them to cover their positions while the covering is cheap.  Hopefully management isn't going to surprises us. Hopefully they aren't complicit with the shorts.

Nobody can do a better research than a person whose own money is invested. Some of us has been following this trust from Dec 2013.  Mangement has always been proactive. To manage this kind of business requires very fine skills. They have been reporting their figures correctly. Sukhi. I am not bullish on KWH.UN. In fact I have picked up 6500 units during this debacle.  That should account for my intentions on what I post. BIG MONEY makes for some risky bedfellows. I am not bulish either ut I feel downside is limited even if the results are not great. They should get approval for NCIB soon and if they start buyig back it will check the slide some what and shorts wil be more careful. If they also pay some of the debt, it may further bolster the invvestor confidence.
