In North America, even though some of the Obama supporters jumped on the SOLAR and WIND wagon it failed.  I looked into it because it seemed to make a lot of sense.  The reason Solar does well in other parts of the world is because there just isn't any other form of power generated that can be utilized at affordable prices.
