Appears quite close to the bottom.
JE up 2.73% which is an encouraging sign.

PS With Crius unit price being supressed, it is likely that JE may bid for them.

As long as there is a reasonable premium to the offer, that's fine with me. I'll take my cash and move on. It all comes down to what the offer is worth. At this point, breaking even or coming out sightly ahead is welcome relief. Everyone else will have their own breakpoint in mind.
