NCIB
Some have stated on this board that the company has not bought any shares recently. How do you know? The company publishes buyback information once a month only. In early August, we will see the activity for July.
It would be a little crazy if they were to publish these purchases on a daily basis. People would just say, why didn't they buy here or there!!!
I have done and continue to do my DD which is why I was a buyer again today @ 6.06. On an hourly or daily basis , I have no idea where the SP will be, so I put in what I consider to be a low ball bid that I would be happy paying.
Sometimes I get the shares and sometimes I don't. If I don't get the shares because the price didn't fall enough. I am still happy.
For me , I feel that the company will recover and grow and that this is therefore a great buying opportunity.

The problem with KWH is they dont seem to know where what or why the SP is where it is,They wasted over 500K by buying back shares too soon;; people on here beek off saying its heavily shorted and it may be true however one would assume that if anyone knew that for sure it would KWH management and they just say they dont have a clue which stikes me odd for sure;;;;;;;;;;;;;

NCIB purchases are insider trades, which must be reported within (IIRC) 1 week. They will then show up on SEDI. Those 325,000 shares were purchased in May and June, at prices well over $7. That did not stop the price slide, though it probably helped. Are they currently in blackout, and unable to make insider purchases?
