I did mean $100 million.  That's close to 20% of their total. Those receipts were allowed to be traded as soon as the deal was made.  It seems that's normal for such transactions.  This ate up all of their available positive cash and fully dilluted their position on the market.  However, they still have a positive cash flow so there is light at the end of
