Sorry to inform you that many other investors like yourself have been sucked into a simple financial scheme for high return distributions at their own capital losses.

I suggest you try a little harder.

Talk about the blind leading the blind. Kwh-un has no tangible assets only a large self proclaimed good wills in their booksa smart investor should be able to pickup the company's accrued losses there. The recent debt will be the next concern for hedge funds to beat the price down again. Of course the US dollar exchange rate which Trump is trying to get it down will create hardship for Crius ...more

C'mon Scool because of the laws surrounding these trusts they aren't supposed to have a lot of tangible assets. They have to pay out a relatively high portion of their income, after expenses.  If they overpay, or borrow to heavily they get hit.  This management got to aggressive with acquiring other similar businesses and Solar, which appears to be a minor blip is a pus ...more

You are blind too, so stop misleading people about any such of "laws" aren't to have assets. National Bank is not financing Crius $140 million without some collateral in their hands. Sorry I also don't believe you are smart enough to own any stock of tangible assets.

StocknerdEQcool, Any chance you have a pairs trade on right now? Long JE, short KWH?

Not shorting KWH yet, you guys took advantage of my sincere warning, but that's OK. I never meant to hurt no one.

I believe it has something to do with maintaining their status as a TRUST.  I could easily be wrong here but the mild sell off today is a common reaction when a company goes ex distribution at the end of the month.  It's possible the shorts will swing out of JE and back onto KWH. Time will tell.

Odd that selloff is today. Ex-Distrib is tomorrow - and would expect this then. Maybe people still think its T+3 settlement days or that shorts will piggyback on the natural drop that would occur tomorrow. Unusual for folks to deliberately avoid the dividend..

Of course they can have assets. Lots of them. They just cannot hold assets unrelated to their primary trust objective.

I won't try to explain my description other than it didn't come across as intended. To many things going on.  Of course they can and do have assets. If not they wouldn't be stuck with SOLAR.  They also pay higher interest rates on their debt, or they did until recently. JCP, I believe has them on a different payment rate now with their help.  It should all come ...more
