There is a possibility of a breakout signal today but IMHO it wouldn't be a healthy breakout that would be sustainable.  If you look at the TSX chart, just about every morning around 10:30am there is a relatively large dump of units. Back at the bottom the dump could be as high as 100+K units. Right now it's around 25K. IMHO, this is a MANIPULATOR, trying to put the brakes on a

Should keep moving to 7.25. Looking good. If it breaks above $7.25.... she will move higher. This is a very nice run.

thx for posting just watched it. You can tell by the twinkle in his eye he thinks there is going to be some dough made here in the short run so wants to improve his position before he rates it a screaming buy.
