Dividend Yield (Frist Time Buyer) as Example

I KNOW there are WAY SMARTER People on this broad, but can anyone Explain to me and Others, why some people WORRY about  DIVIDEND YIELD so MUCH, as it pretaining to Share Price.

When the KWH Sells Shares( IPO and Future Offerings ) to Share Holders or whoever , the dividend yield as it pretains to KWH is it at FACE VALUE of the Share at the Time (is this not CORRCET) ??.

Then and there AFTER  does the DIVIDEND YIELD go UP or DOWN as to the SHARE PRICE going Up or DOWN to the NEW OWERS of the SHARES,is this not Correct..

The Dividend Yield is ONLY of Concern to KWH ,is when KWH wants to OFFER NEW UNITS to the OVER ALL MARKET , is that not CORRECT..

If anyone can explain this in more plain Language ,please do so.. because sometimes it is CONFUSING and maybe SHOCKING to SOME..me as well if i am TOTALLY WRONG on this ..Thank you

Was strongly considering selling near $7 myself. Got greedy thinking all signs turned to positive for the earnings. Big mistake.

I saw the last quarter report as good news yet the big boys cryed foul and sold ?? to me a small sell off i would have expected but 1.40 per share in a matter of 4 hours is extremely hard to understand ]]]]]]]]

I don't have the resources to check how many units that institutional investors actually bought and sold between each other. That's what tells the story behind this sell off. I'm willing to bet they've all got the same amount or more units than they did before the $7 level.   There may not have been any more behind this than a tax dodge which could be very lucrative at ...more
