Dividend is not based on share price but rather their financial position and ability to pay. I don't have the ability to interpret their latest quarterly reports from Sep 30, 2018 but from the little I can glean it does not look like their position is vastly different from same time a year ago. In their investor information on their website they highlight the following as reasons to invest ..
