Press release on distribution of dividends

So the dividend of .696 is going to remain the same but the only bad news is it is only going to be distributed quarterly, instead of every month. The next distribution record date is set at March 29th and the payout will be April 15th. Links below to the press release.

Well, I guess it's good news that the distribution rate has not been cut. The bad news is that holders of shares will get their distribution for December 2018 today and then we won't see any cash for another five months. I wonder if this will hurt the share price in today's trading. If it does I may use the opportunity to add to my shares.

there is no mention in the press release on a record date on march 29 and a payment on april 15. not sure what you are reading.

I see the change in distribution schedule as a good thing... helps stabilize the stock and gives them time with their cash management (helps with the cost of debt) until those strategic changes materialize in the bottom line.
