It seems that they are requiring extra time to absorb the after shocks of Solar Busines exit.
They hope to get back on firm footing after Q2 results.
In the meantime, uncertainty is causing drop in unit price.

No. The 'delay' is never made up unless the company goes back to the old schedule, which is unlikely. You will receive $.14 less this year which is not made up in subsequent years.
