company took 8 million out of shareholders hand

56,000,000 shares time aprox .14 gets you in the range of 8 million.  That is what the company hijacked from their shareholders today and it will be a lot more if they never pay the distribution in june.

pretty clear they need the money to run the company and don't have ability to pay the 4 million in feb or march if ever.

plus what a 12% or so loss in stock price today.

combine this with how poorly the stock performed in 2018 and i say it is time for a board and management change from top to bottom.

Agree 100%. Reality is, this was never a legit operation. All the past negative accuations have come to pass. They are a ponzi scheme.

They would not be going this way unless they weren't having free cash flow issues. Sorry to see as I was hoping they would have better results after all the moves they made in the past year.
