Do I buy more?

Newbie investor here and first time I hold a stock which is being bought. If a relatively safe 3,5% over 4 months is well invested money for me, do I buy more, or there's a catch I don't see?

Buying price 7.50
Aquisition price 7.57
Dividend +0.20
Profit???

I've been in this since the mid $4 range and I just sold off 80k units.  Sticking around for a distribution that won't appear in your account for over 4 months????? There is more money to be make elswhere It's been a good run. I will keep an eye on this but I'm out and looking around for other divvy payers.  Vista doesn't pay a divvy as far as I can see ...more

Anybody any ideas for Undervalued divvy payers to replace KWH’s divy? Maybe CWX or HOT.UN? Other options?

I do own PRV and TNT. Sold SOT before the big sell off. Not sure if SOT.UN will be able to keep the distribution at this level? Other Div paying stocks I own are NVU, BTB, NXR, IVQ, HOT, and BK. Other interesting options?

I like CHW, 7.2% yield, and CHR, 6.7% yield. CHW could be a takeover target like KWH.UN. It's almost entirely in the US, has a long term track record, and would be a nice fit with a bigger US lender. CHR just extended its deal with AC until 2035. With this risk removed, and a nice growth business on the leasing side, it should probably be trading with a 5% yield. with 28c differential, you are making 3.5% in 3 months or 12 %/year, that's a known return like a GIC. Unless the deal collapse then this is an excellent short term return. Those who are preaching better return somewhere else just talk and talk, there is nothing guarantee elsewhere.
