Will the new entity after the acquisition pay a divvy?

Haven't had a chance to read the news fully but wondering if there will be a yield go forward after the acquisition is completed?  Thanks

Thank you for your reply. Lost money on this one but could have been worse..... Like many, I thought about averaging down around 5.50 but didn't have the confidence.
