I'm new what would happen if keep them i'm going to lose everything? I have to sell hem on open market?

You don't get to keep them.  They are buying them from you.  You get the cash.

You can sell or wait.  If you wait, the deal will either go through or not.   If it goes through, you can still sell anytime, or you can wait for closing.   If you wait for closing, one day your shares will be gone and the cash (C$7.779 per unit) will be there instead.   If the deal doesn't go through, the story is not over and if you still have your shares you can keep ...more

Be nice to the newbie. He has a broker that isn't communicating, which he should get rid of at first opportunity, and he doesn't understand how a buyout works.  Lth, If you decide not to sell your units, when the deal goes through you will get Can$7.77 per unit put into your account as a cash payout and KWH.UN will no longer exist.  I don't know how your broker charges for ...more

Don't sell know the asking price is $7,50 and the bid is $7.48 and when the deal seals you'll get 0,17 more. My advise
