The offer 7.57$ plus .209 $ for dividends will give 7.779$. Why should I sell less ?

Until recently, some analyst target was 9.00$.  Is it such a good deal ? KWH.UN were brutally bring down from 9.00 last year to 4.01$, then this mid range offer.

You're right, Transat500. But, this buiness is worth more than that. It should be earning more than 1,50$/year par unit, in 2019. Plus, it's book value is at least 4,50$\unit. A year ego, the unit was valued at 9$+/unit.  Cannacord value it at 8,73$/unit.  The directors at the Crius Analyst day hold january 22th, 2019, were quite bullish with all this costs cuttings, marketing

We shares the same view  ZETORBOY. My price is for 9$ too. Crius worth much more than 7.779$ .
