It probably means more than the 6 or 8 of us on this board this morning think another offer is coming.

Not necessarily ... it could just be shareholders who sold at $7.50 paying a small premium to get back into the game. However, with all that's going on with this stock I would not sell until a transaction actually closes.

Folks, I have not been posting much these days but felt compelled to make a comment on the bid above the offer matter. For the purposes of this discussion, I am treating trust units like common shares. Usually when there is an offer on the table the share price rises quite close to the offer price but never reaches it.
