Offer Iss Below My Average Unit Cost

I am an unhappy investor who went into KWH.UN long ago and my average cost on these units is well above the offer.  So, I am positioned to take a substantial loss on this investment. Are there many others facing this situation? The BOD seems totally on board with the selling of the units at $8.80 plus the $0.209 distribution. How are the BOD members avoiding being shafted? I assume some of them went in when at a cost above $8.80. Insights please…
