what about Dividends if Deal Terminated by SEC

If the SEC does not let this deal go thru, wonder if Crius will Pay the Dividends for the Months that Vistra required Crius to Stop Paying Dividends..?? anyone Know ..???

They are only legally obligated to pay the dividends they have "declared". For now, there is only the one outstanding payment to come that has been declared. If the deal is cancelled, they don't have to declare payments for the months that Vistra required Crius to stop paying.
