Maybe it's time - Class Action

To all:

Like most of you I thought this might be a good story, not a terrific one, but a good one. More drilling would support exisitng numbers and provide a basis for growth.

So what went wrong?

Well, maybe it's time to consider getting out the Big Stick (see below+++) or at least have it handy.

It makes you wonder just what they were really drilling for and just who was the technical guy on their team who should be held accountable. One would not think that Pinetree could make such a serious error in judgment ...more

for those of you considering lawsuits,you can forget such nonsense.We invested in a gamble and lost..plain and simple.This is the venture market and you take your chances.I lost money too(only if i sell which i am not)but i knew the risks when i bought cma.To cry now about who is accountable and who isnt is childish YOU are accountable because YOU took the risk.Learn from your mistakes and move on ...more

So easycoder, I must take it then that you did not read any of the NR related to the drilling program over the last two years...you act surprised that they were unable to prove up the resource.  Cream provided every bit of information investors needed to make a sound choice and now you blame them for not understanding that the drill results were subpar...now you are talking about what was ...more
