Open Letter to Management II

Regarding your news release dated July 30, 2012 (see below)

"Vancouver, BC -- July, 30 2012 - Cream Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: CMA) ("Cream" or the "Company") announces the completion of the updated mineral resource estimate at the Company's 100% owned Nuevo Milenio Silver-Gold Project ("Nuevo Milenio") in Nayarit State, Mexico. The Company also announces that the Board of Directors has initiated a review of Cream's strategic alternatives intended to maximize shareholder value. A Special Committee of independent directors ("the Special Committee") has been appointed."

My calendar tells me six, (6) months have elapsed since said news release. Where is, what is, the plan to maximize shareholder value? Is "The Special Committee" still debating said issue? I am certain shareholders would like to know when you will initiate your plan to maximize shareholder value. Additionally, (not to be presumptuous) I believe shareholders would like to know if your plan will include the recovery of value lost during this six month waiting period.

Waiting for your reply

Smiles, I emailed a copy of my message to CMA. Additionally, I informed them that the message was posted on this, the Stockhouse 'CMA' message board. To you personally and all who read my message, please do your part in this attempt to open communication with management. Send an email, stating that you too would like answers to the questions I sent to them. Thank you

When they talk about maximizing shareholder value all they are trying to do now is to get Sheldon is money back at .20 or .25. I think in the way of a RS for sure.   Sheldo can write off the rest as a loss.   If you guys really think they give a rats arze about any of us retail you are really dreaming.

curv Unlike most readers visiting this board, I haven't put you on ignore. However, you are and have been deemed irrelevant and will remain as such until you stop being such a dork, (the socially inept type). Quickly: 1. Management; employed by The Company, shareholders own The Company; therefore shareholders are the employers of management. Employers do not 'ask' ...more

curv,   Your responses to any and all inquiries bring to mind the following quote; a quote that best describes you.  "He can compress the most words into the smallest idea of any man I know." Abraham Lincoln   Your statement, (below) is a perfect example of the above.  “1. Shareholder are employers in name only unless a small amount of shareholders hold ...more

That was my pick as well.  If one wants to make up some of their losses they pick up shares in the 2.5-3.0 range.   Maybe a bump to .06-.08 range if the new N1 comes in at the 10-20 range.       But not much more then that.   good luck

Lets clarify, only a bump if they can ride the back of others at the same time. lol.  If the market picks up a bit and venture investors want to invest in a longshot.

if the resource has no value why some one will give financing even at 2 cents.lots of junior companys are going under and delisted.if cma can raise cash than there is some hope.
Comment by wegotcreamed on Feb 12, 2013 12:48pm
Huh?  No one is going to finance this, IMO.  Are you insane? Raise cash? From where?   You only hope is to buy more at .02 and sell at .04, if it goes that high.

My guess they sell off the Mexico property and move on.  Who is going to finance this?  IMO, credibility issue now.  But anyones guess.
