Don't think they have announced it yet.  The continued delay doesn't bode well as if they thought they would get shareholders support at the AGM they'd pony up the cash and get on with it as they'd think they'd get paid back the $300,000 it will cost to hold it.  They obviously don't believe they have it so why waste the money?  They'd be right as well
