I heard that they CRC is raising capital for infrastructure costs and will begin the build in April 2013. I think the silence is a sign of something happening but of what... I don't know but I have heard a few things that sound like some news will be forthcoming.

I also spoke with another group that I know have been working to align their efforts. If they are moving forward then I think they are in the right position to capitalize on the opportunity; time will tell.
