Dividend

If the dividend is to be paid on July 27, does this mean new Fe holders are not entitled to this this distribution because they have not been on record for the entitled 2 week-1 month period. Hence the selling and will likely end at $9.25. Please help me with this. snoopee

chances are the deal will not be fully done yet by that date, i.e. all your fe shares are coverted to 0.465 shn.un shares for each fe share. dave.

The deal closes in Septemeber.
