Trying to figure out the exchange rate

It seems to me that they have put a 0.465 exchange rate into effect for these two stocks. If shn.un is up 10 cents should FE be up 4.65 cents? In the pre-takeover days if shn was up on rising NG prices - like today - FE would be twice as much if not more, due to their higher PE. Will FE's higher PE and sensitivity to NG pricing be reflected in SHN's price until the merger? I am tryng to figure out when it would be profitable to swap from FE to SHN or from SHN to FE. Serious replies appreciated.

Not sure either, hold both SHN and FE, held shn pre bid for FE and bought FE after the announcement thinking it was a cheap entry into shn. The valuation of FE, seems to be at a discount of SHN still, coulkd be due to Aug and Sept payments. However if FE had announced they were rolling to a trust on their own, they would have likely gotten a 25 to 30% bump in price. So theorically SHN and FE ...more
