The last time CXT was trading at .55

CXT was trading at .55 when the following news was released...We have had a lot of posistive since then.

Creso drills 7.6 m of 5.82 g/t Au at Minto

2010-07-21 11:00 ET - News Release

Mr. Robert Casaceli reports

CRESO EXPLORATION REPORTS PRELIMINARY DRILL RESULTS ON EXTENSION OF PRIOR HOLES AT THE MINTO GOLD PROJECT, ONTARIO

Visible gold has occurred at four locations in hole MC-09-01 (hole No. 1) within a 90-metre interval of hydrothermal breccia, as well as partial results of MC-09-02 (hole No. 2) on Creso Exploration Inc.'s Minto project. Both holes have been deepened by over 300 metres from their previous depths and all cores from both holes will be submitted for analysis.

Hole No. 1 was re-entered and drilled from the previous end-of-hole depth of 269 metres. At a depth of 506 metres the drill intersected a hydrothermal breccia containing finely disseminated pyrite of 2 per cent to 4 per cent by volume. Geologists have identified visible gold at depths of 546 metres, 548 metres, 568 metres and 586 metres. The hole is currently at a depth of 602 metres and analyses are pending on all cores from the re-entered hole. The collar of hole No. 1 is located 35 metres northeast of the collar of hole No. 2.

Hole No. 2 (see June 9, 2010, news release in Stockwatch: 65.7 metres of 18.2 grams per tonne gold and 79.6 metres of 4.61 grams per tonne gold in hole No. 2 on the Minto project) was deepened by 382 metres. The preliminary assay results are 5.82 grams per tonne gold over 7.6 metres beginning at 423 metres depth (including 8.24 grams per tonne gold over 5.0 metres). In excess of 300 metres of core remain to be analyzed from hole No. 2. The bottom zone is new and no true width has been determined yet. Analyses are pending on all cores from the re-entered hole No. 1.

This gold mineralization is contained within a broader zone of potassic alteration within a hydrothermal breccia that displays rims of what are interpreted to be very fine secondary K-feldspar on many breccia fragments within a matrix of quartz and calcite. Within the mineralized interval, fine disseminated pyrite makes up approximately 3 per cent by volume of the core.

Reflex measurements on the hole indicate that the hole deviates from original co-ordinates crossing the core locations of hole 2, indicating zones of vg to be 20 metres west of the pit edge and 400-plus metres deep, an area previously untested.

I was buying all late afternoon......lots of dry powder to buy more tomorrow.......it likes buying something at a garage sale where the seller isn't aware of its upside potential value...if future results turn out to be stellar this will break over a buck easy....these prices are unbelievable.....i just can't stop smiling tonight. Here's the financing from Oct/8/2010 at 0.90 ...more

Got some more filled at 0.53. I don't care if I have to sit on these for two years - whatever time it takes, I'll be shocked if they don't come up with an economic deposit.franz

I doubt this drops below 0.50.....this is so oversold its getting to the point of craziness........i would be more afraid of a halt with stellar results or just a complete reversal back over 0.70 for those who might get to cute trying to trade this or waiting for 0.45..ha its your loss..can't see that happening at all......i will be buying a boatload more if this gets anywhere near 0.50-0.53.. ...more

Not a day trader myself and figure most of them will burn out or kill themselves doing it before they get to enjoy the coin.  A bit of a tragic creature, really.Don't be so hard on the shorties. Nothing quite like being in a stock with a full throttle squeeze going on. Adds a lot of excitement. fairchij and I were in NOT when it caught the shorts in major league squeeze. Truly a gas ...more

I remember the NOT days....those were very good times..rode that all the way to $6 and change...CXT is the kind of  play where the shorts could burn large and the daytraders get left in its dust.Bring on the short squeeze.......i can smell the stench already.Do your own dd before buying any stock.leaf67

Yes that was a good one franz..40 to over $7. I made a lot of money on a more recent short squeeze.Goldsouce..in 2008 they were drilling for diamonds and found coal. Looked like they had a massive seam...did not turn out, but before they figured out the limited extent that one went from about .25 to $19 in 2 months. I was in big (250k) at an average price of $1.20. That one paid for a lot of toys ...more
