The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement.Shares: four million flow-through common shares
Price: five cents
Warrants: two million warrants to purchase two million common shares
Exercise price: 10 cents for a period of two years following the closing.. etc.
