Trading

Will CXT resume trading before the vote is held? If the new company will not be trading on any stock exchange, How will we make any money? Dividends, Royalties?

I am sorry for any misunderstanding, but how exactly do U.S. investors benefit profit-wise? Unless we can trade this for a nice profit before the shares go away, I believe that my investment is locked up until they sell the new shares for hopefully more than what we paid-at some unknown point after the deal is approved. Even if I wanted to buy back in later to stay in the game for Nichromet, I can ...more

If this deal is approved CXT shareholders will receive 1 newco share for every 2 CXT shares, which in my opinion is a good deal. You will own shares in a new properous gold mine that owns a process that sets the gold mining industry in the world on it"s ear. Long and Strong!!! JMHO UNKLAL

Unless I, as a U.S. investor, can sell my CXT shares for a profit before the deal locks them up, I hope I still end up with a worthwhile profit down the road. Best to all longs. From News Release: "Information for U.S. Creso Shareholders Due to U.S. securities law considerations, Nichromet will not distribute its subordinate voting shares into the United States or to U.S. Creso ...more

It appears that Nichromet (or the newco) seems to be a bad deal for US shareholders, but I disagree because the driving force behind this newco is New Dundee Capital. They are one of the largest mining financers in North America and I can't imagine they would leave US investors high and dry. It would be too detrimental to their reputation!!! jmho UNKLAL

That kind of sucks, some times there are too many rules/laws. I’m not familiar with the US security laws, but it might be worth checking into, if there was an IPO for the newco and it was to be list on a US exchange as well, would this meet the requirements of the US security laws.

Research a recent mining company that Dundee promoted called Breakwater Resources and you will see the clout that Dundee Securities has in the mining world. Good luck and hold on as this story to me is a 30 bagger at least from the starting point of .115 cents!!! jmo UNKLAL

Rhumplestilskin - I am a US shareholder and would like to continue my investment in CXT. The NR seems to be pretty categorical that the secondary shares would not be received by US shareholders. What makes you think otherwise...

I hate Dundee with a passion They are the sole reason our SP is down to where it is They relentlessly did new financings + received countless warrants After the hold period they sold, sold, sold relentlessly driving the price down, Exercised the warrants & sold, sold, sold again Finally when we CXT was desperate for money Dundee financed @ rediculously high premiums, & got tons of shares ...more
