The real value of the new amalgamated company is how well the mining industry accepts the Nichromet technology. There is another Montreal based company with a similar processing technology called NeoMet. As part of the management circular information package, I would like to know how well will the Nichromet processing technology be accepted and how well does it stack up against NeoMet.

You are preaching to the choir. I am a long time holder of CXT since the early ipo days. I am a believer in the Nichromet technology. I am only trying to ascertain a value of my CXT shares going forward after amalgamation. I see NeoMet as a potential competitor to Nichromet. I believe NeoMet is still in their infantcy stages and do not have the financial clout Nichromet has with Dundee. I do not
