Guess it depends on what price newco starts to trade, or shortly thereafter. I am hoping from a double of where CXT closed, in terms of per CXT share.

If it should trade under CXT again before amalgamation, then why it has not done so yet? Circular is out, what is the hiccup?

Company says they are trying to trade prior to amalgamation, they do not have a date.
