Assuming all conditions to the amalgamation are satisfied or waived, the amalgamation is expected to become effective on or about March 14, 2014.

That doesn't mean the amalgamated shares will begin trading on the 14th, we can only hope!!! I would like to see the shares start trading in the $1.50-2.00 range on the 17th. The luck of the Irish be with you ;-). UNKLAL

1.50-2.00 would tell me the stock should be trading at .75- 1.50 now, and that's not happening, so what do you see changing in the next week ?

Yes, in that case the stock should be in 50c+ range right now. What would support a valuation of $2 post amalgamation? Anybody run any models? Just curious

this stock was way undervalued when Dundee bought in. Remember it traded at a buck and change when it was a pure gold play, so my opinion is the market will wake up to the value that Dundee Securities will create when the push is on!!! jmho UNKLAL

This is my feeling too. The pricing range is being controlled right now. Whether they ever hit your proposed lofty price so soon is rather risky wishing, UNKLAL.

Well, I own a ton of this stock as CXT and @ $.18 it's a 3 bagger for me already. That said, I'll hold on until it's a 30 bagger ($1.50-2.00), sell half my holdings and let the rest ride because I believe the new shares will become blue chippers. Again, this is just my opinion UNKLAL
