WHAT AM I MISSING HERE? DEBT IS LOW? ASSET IS HIGH?

I HAVE REVIEWED THE BALANCE SHEET AND I AM ONLY SEEING LOW DEBT OF AROUND $4 MILLION AND HARD REAL ESTATE ASSET OF AROUND $26 MILLION GIVING SHAREHOLDER EQUITY OF AROUND $22 MIL OR 14 CENTS A SHARE.

WHY ARE SOME PEOPLE SAYING IT HAS HIGH DEBT? WHAT AM i MISSING? I WANT TO BUY MORE BUT CONFUSED ON THIS. PLEASE PROVIDE MORE INFO ON DEBT.

what proof do you have that management is not funding this repair and turn around from their own pockets? You do not also there have been no Seder listed insider sells what so ever. If it was lights out you’d see those sells. They don’t exist
