They're flat out broke. Their shares will be consolidated by 100 for 1 and a RTO will issue new shares of which BLOX will represent about 1% of the new company. I have no idea who that new company will be, but that's likely the layout of transactions to take place of any RTO. In other words the stock is worthless.
