These crooks backdoored their under a penny shares thru

Gecc (global elismate capital Corp, what acdc was before its previous name). They use these name changes to stay under the radar while they set these moves up to scam anyone buying these ill gotten shares. These crooks need to be jailed. https://ceo.ca/acdc?dfe7cbe0360d

Nnwwxz the name changes are filed with the exchanges are they not as are all the filings that are requested of them. So if that is the case as far as these companies and management are concerned they have done things legally. The number of share structure name change or not remains as to what they are unless the management have filed papers to amend them according to exchange rules whether of ...more

I know you wrote a lot of points, and I'm not trying to to be that guy, but there's a difference between legality/rules and morality/ethics. Being able to get away from it legally, is not the same as them not being crooks for scummy behaviour. However, I'm also certain that their acquisitions and previous ownership of shares before changing name to acdc, is part of their elaborate ...more

Bryson and company are pretty sneaky when it comes to news. They always talk in the future, never the present. Then when the future arrives, guess what. Then on to the the next big thing.

really Jose. Tell me one company that doesn't doesn't do the same thing unless they look back and say what they actually achieved? That is just the way things operate. You have to set something out first as a goal work towards it and then talk about it. It is not we are working towards setting up a crypto mining facilities. It is we expect to have a fully running crypto mining facilities ...more

You're too gullible, They pulled the wool over your eyes once, they'll do it again.
Comment by ScarletSpider on Apr 21, 2022 9:38pm
jose I may be gullible but I am not stupid although quite honestly what I have been saying all along is not rocket science. I have already my plan in place. At this point like I said either I make my investment take a loss or make profit. My best move given I sold 2/3rds at a loss already for triple the value is to hold. What's the worst I can now walk away with $5 and it will cost me $10 in ...more

no I don't you missed my whole point because clearly you are blinded for your agenda against this stock. Go back and read all my posts and what I have said about the stock market as a whole what I said Michael Carten the past CEO of Eguana said...I will remind you I asked him point blank what do you say when people say management lines their pockets at retail shareholders expense...he said ...more

Missed your point?! Go back and read your posts?! You're kidding right? I haven't read a good book in a long time and the book that is your posts is no best seller to be sure. It's simple, these guys are, IMO and many others, professional business scammers. They have ZERO success to show for any business they have been involved with, ZERO. They're only success is the money they ...more

hauljockey that was actually at stockman not you. That being said I have said what I have about all the definitions and terms you use like "scammer" etc. they have done everything by the books as required by the Exchange. Does that mean that ugly things don't happen in the market of course not. The companies don't leach off of any of the retail shareholders monies--they leach off ...more

it is clear that people need to do themselves a favor and read the CSC if you are in Canada The Canadian Securities Course it explains everything of how the markets work etc. To our neighbors down South it would be of benefit to find an equivalent. It is also tells you about the terms the players and the risks. It would further help that people read books on investing and if you guys know all this ...more

There's the Canadian Securities Course and then there's the real world.
Comment by ScarletSpider on Apr 22, 2022 1:24pm
And then there is just a really stupid comment that you made. The course tells you the dangers of things and what to look for as red flags in companies that is the real world dude. Not once did I disagree with you in pulling out your initial investment as soon as you can. Currently I will not even belittle people so called penny flipping as I have maintained take profits while they are there you ...more

You're the stupid one, CSC gives you the basics in fundamentals. The real world teaches you when to get in and out and not get caught on the wrong side of the trade. The real world fled this garbage long ago.

Jose I fully agree I never said that I don't nor did I never disagree with what you said about taking your initial investment out as fast as you can. Having said that all my stupid decisions gets me to think how better refine my strategy. My strategy violates knowingly not to take all my initial investment out when looking to trade within and between shares longer term. Maybe I will revisit ...more

Good for you stockman you have built so much wealth that you waste your time on these boards where if you are as accomplished as you like to think you would not be wasting your time here. Why don’t you spend it more constructively in getting the company closed down in the right way rather than try to school me... quite arrogant don’t you think. I never asked for or need your help nor do I need to ...more

This is much too intelligent for the longs here to comprehend, save for Scarlet. I've tried already.

excuse me quote me where I said I haven't accepted my own decisions and claiming responsibility for them that doesn't sound like making excuses it sounds like owning my decisions and being mature and responsible to do so blaming me not others for my own losses as I would accept my gains. Again you twist things...this will either sink or float remember all that? And I am looking to recover ...more

There you go, when you have more invested than you can comfortably sleep with, you make irrational decisions.
