We will be releasing a newsletter shortly. I highly doubt we will be going public in August, probably closer to Q4.

I will find out about the smart walls. Spiritus Ultimate proto will be here in a few weeks. 

This is our busy time for Daymak so sales are brisk, we will hove more time to focus on everything Avvenire once the season for eBikes slows down.

There is some exciting news coming down the pipeline that I will let you know shortly.
