Something tells me this gradual SP slide means that the dividend is on a chopping block. They gonna need money to pay, as I think insider, high yielding bonds. Everywhere I hear companies issue bonds at around 6% unsecured giving convertibility as an icing on the cake. These guys just shot two birds with one stone. 1. Taking profits private via high yields, and 2. Ensuring their voting power. As I ...more
