Is it me or does the management of this company play games.  This is kind of like 5 or 6 years ago when they had to start paying the lenders for loan losses.  I think that these are accrued loan losses that they hid from investors and tried to set up as GW.

these losses were known to all and this is simply a case where auditors forced the restating of losses.  There was nowhere left to run, no more wool to pull over investors eyes.  To be honest, the numbers are likely worse then those being disclosed, but the company is somehow still selling the fact a portion of those receivables are collectable. This is just another exclamation mark on
