I am not surprised by the ultimate demise of this company. The management team was not suited to work within a regulated environment and the new employees that were brought on over the past couple of years did not seem to have the capacity or the gumption to make changes quickly enough. They are probably more culpable when you think about it as they were broght in to make the changes

Just checked out the CSF corporate site. All VPs have been removed as corporate officers, only six remain there. What's interesting is that there are notable absences such as the two seniors brought in recently to stabilize ops, in addition to an exec VP who I believe has been with the company from the start. Looks like parachutes are being deployed and the stock is falling faster than a 747
