Anyone know if bankruptcy is still looming or is the company in the clear now?

There is no money. May 5th is critical as they will request more money under DIP financing. If they get no money from DIP financiing, money will run out in 2 days. Otherwise, it will run out in 2 weeks. In both ways, for Ontario- PACK YOUR BAGS & RUN!!!
