Anyone see anything bad in this recent earnings report?

I see 4 positives. More leases as opposed to outright sales of hvac equipment. Means lower one time earnings, but more earnings revenue over the long term which will support the stock price and future dividend increases. Also more clarity on earnings with their acquisition, which are on target. Better attrition. And better sub metering results. These positives, as well as less uncertainty with ...more
