Cool , that's one guy I find to be pretty sharp. I think we will be in the 20's sometimes this calendar year. Oil is just not a safe place to get divs these days. Have a look at DIV they have earnings tuesday former Boston Pizza guys just clear of a law suit overhang.

? How do you figure that Diversified Royalty Corp is run by the former Boston Pizza Guys? As far as I can see, DIV purchased a royalty from Mr. Lube (which was started by Boston Pizza guys) and the lawyer who helped create the structure for Boston Pizza Royalty is on the board at DIV.
