Good information. Thank you for sharing. I bought in at $18 and will perhaps add on this dip. You don't think it is concerning or there is a particular reason (possible bad news incoming) for someone dumping 300k shares?

No bad news. It is option expiration Friday market on close. I once saw all the banks jump up $2 at 4PM on a Friday. The next day, they were all down by $2.

Except that the OI on ECI options expiring today is only ~200 contracts. I do agree though that a large market on close sell order would drive the price down pretty hard.

The volume clearly indicated that a lot of shares were sold near close which caused the price to drop but I am more interested to know whether it was just a typical sale and the stock will quickly rebound or perhaps there is bad news in the making or some other factor. Time will tell i suppose.

So far, I have been lucky with my prediciton of $19.10 open today. Next step, getting closer to $19.50 by 10 AM.

Will have a VERY HARD time getting past $20.73 before the next report because there is a gap there. Will get to $20 but the rest depends on the earnings report. The report is why this stock crashed to from $21.50. If it is a good report, then it will go back to those leels.

Yep. But the ER actually points to a better future and growth for enercare and the sell off was an over reaction. That was when i bought in so i would like to see a rally to $20-20.50 before taking some profit. I think after the next ER it will head to new highs. GLTA
