I don’t think so...when the agreement originated, I think TFS was trading between a half a cent to 1 cent which means that after 200 to 1 they were expecting it to reopen on the market between 1 to 2 dollars... anyone who bought TFS above 2 cents got scammed by pumpers and not the company. It was also back in January where every new company was opening the markets with 100% gains so everyone

the drop from TFS share price levels is a disgrace..but its not new canntab's fault..they didn't have anything to do with the old trading..it ran up to such levels that effectively people were scammed. Canntab did a placement at $1 yet TFS was trading at the equivalent of $10 to $20..it made no sense. doesn't make any sense PILL is at 60 cents today either as most everyone paid more
