Anyone hear anything about the spin-co shares / from split?

Spinco ending in 404 and 444 are in the process of being listed on the Canadian Exchange.  The listing process takes time.  The planned date for 404 was November 30 but I understand it will probably take more time to get listed.  Spinco ending in 444 was hoped to be trading by December 31, but again, I understand the process is taking longer than anticipated. On November 13th three spin-co's were registered with Sedar and show on my account:  Rossiter Mining, Great Oak Enterprises, & Radbourne Developments.  Not trading yet, I wonder when...

Regarding time frame, I don't think that these three (3) SpinCos you mentioned will be trading soon. However, SpinCo #1 (I believe) 10557404, might be listed and trading by the end of 2018 or the beginning of the new year, IMHO. By now all original investors of Telferscot must have received a VIF (Voting Instruction Form) along with the Information Circular (Notice of Special Meeting of

got three letters from Itrade today about the spjn co's saying they are ineligible to be held in TFSA, anyone else getting that

Yes I did receive them a couple of weeks ago. I was told that we will be receiving letters for the rest of the SpinCos in the coming weeks. The only reason I could find out is that these SpinCos are private corporations and are not listed on any exchange, as of yet. We were given three (3) options. #1, Sell them at current market value, (which we cannot, no value as of today). #2, Transfer them to
