A Diamond (err Moissanite) in the roughI recently purchased Moissanite earings for my girlfriend. The weren't cheap (good move by Moissanite), but at one eigth the price of a diamond it was exceptional value. Exceptional value because they actually look better than real diamonds. It occured to me that I would never buy a real diamond with Moissanite out there. Hence I checked their financials. People, this company has no long term debt, 10 Mil in cash and total assets of over 30 Mil (Including 20 Mil in inventory)Current liabilities are less tha 1 mil. Why is this company trading at less than book value? Insiders have been buying heavily. I firmly believe in the prospects of this financially sound company- my girlfriend is now looking at moissanite engagement rings. Peter Lynch would love this stock and so do I. I put my money where my mouth was and I bought 2000 shares today. I hope it goes down so I can buy more.
