Another 17 million shares just traded on the Neo Exchange at .30 by anonymous.Some thing big is going on!

If that's the same purchaser as last night they have just purchased about 5% of CGP. I suspect that this isn't actually something big but an insiders movement of shares between accounts but fingers crossed here's hoping the floodgates are opening.
