Time for all you criers and moaners to catch that train before it leaves the station?

IF the deal is done at .59 exchange that is equal to 41 cents.      Long way away from the last dilutive PP to fund G&A expenses and the corporate fat!!   I am sure Nick M. will up the bid 10% for a friendly............that IS one of the rules on Wall St. 

OH,  I forgot,   the G&A expenses are incorporated by reference into the corporate fat.
