But no price movement. Not sure what traders are gettiing out of this one.

Not much....stuck in the mud for now and investors waiting for new management announcements and even the CEO is interim...this one has disappointed for  along time and it makes investors wonder whether this time will be any better....history has a way of repeating itself....

Shares being accumulated...shareholder base is changing.....complete overhaul of management team...lots going on here.
