Expect CBX to be bought by ACD

This is almost a certainty....Interim CEO has an excellent history of negotiating M&A...no factoring deal has been announced....no replacements for departed execs...combined ACD/CBX would be a unique vertical integrated model to fully exploit existing client base of both parties.

No source....pure speculation based on what is known about the two companies...they are in discussion over a factoring deal....both companies need each other to grow meaningfully....if ACD makes a takeover bid if would likely do so by offering cash and stock...my guess would be .25 a share...that would value CBX at $100 million....a triple from current s/p...on the other hand, if they simply agree ...more
