Management purchased a total of 2,200,000 shares in the month of April, 2024 for Cancellation.  From April 18, 2024 to April 30, 2024 purchased 900,000 shares...price range from $5.42 to $5.71.  Canadian Insider only lists the last 10 transaction for free..anything over that will require the purchase of an account...not required.

I was in there buying and accumulated a significant amount of shares alongside them.  Obviously, they determined that purchasing the shares on the open market was one of the best uses for the available free cash flow...they saw value...so did I.

I feel very confident that all is well and the share price should begin to grind higher as future quarters confirm the transformation process.
